Led a team of developers from 5 different countries on an Android app for nightlife safety in SLP. The project is built around UN SDG 11 and was a good lesson in keeping people aligned across time zones and languages.
Worked on the Android app in Android Studio — handled core features, navigation, and some of the UX decisions.

Tried to figure out whether Turkey's exchange rate and interest rate movements were actually correlated over the past decade — a period where monetary policy was pretty chaotic.
Looked at what actually drove Google's growth from a search engine into the infrastructure it is today — and tried to map the math of exponential growth onto it.
Researched Atatürk's role in the Turkish War of Independence — his military decisions, political maneuvering, and why the outcome of that war likely looked very different without him.
Tested how different pollutants — oil, detergent, and salt — affect plant growth and health. Ran experiments measuring things like germination rate and leaf development under different contamination conditions.
